Yes, that’s right! If you fished with me before your charter prices have been frozen! The cost of my trips has increased over the past few years but still not more than the market price for an excellent fishing guide, service boat and tackle!

speaking of tackle, I added the new TFO Mangrove Coast 6wt to the fly rod quiver. In addition, 3 new Tactical Inshore spinning rods also from TFO these will are all excellent quality matched with TFO fly reels and Shimano spinning reels. For sure these rods will give the extra edge!

The good news It’s Florida and you won’t freeze down here!

I know, it’s been a few months since May, and I finally got around to finishing up the videos from the Walkers Cay Blue Marlin invitational 2021. You can follow the epic 4-part series and by clicking the link below.

The dog days of summer are behind us the first cold fronts of November have made themselves known and sent the temperature down. Even a few degrees is significant here in south Florida.
Perfect temperatures await Angler’s That want to fish in Everglades National Park has been Excellent for Red Drum or “Red Fish” making short runs to the flat and working artificial soft Plastics like the Z-Man Diesel minnow have paid off big time! The Geenoe back country trip is available as a solo trip.

The annual bait / Mullet migration or “Mullet Run” was not as strong as previous years. I fished a couple of nights but spared my clients some slow fishing and worked on the boat. Check out last years drone footage of the action:

The deck of the boat as I write this is in progress. The older wood deck has been removed and replaced and fresh non-skid applied. pictures to come! When it’s done it should be good for many years of fishing.

As we move through the winter, I would expect that the Tarpon will soon be migrating into the back water bays of north Miami and Biscayne Bay Miami to shelter from colder water temperatures as they usually do. Likewise, they will be doing the same in the back country in the Everglades basins and bays. To book a trip into the glades direct email is the best way to reach me.
I look forward to talking with until then...
